- Placing Orders: You can place your orders through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details and order number for your reference.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to stock availability.
- Order Modification: We understand that you might change your mind. If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Return Policy: You can return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (for example, a defective or incorrect product).

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately to resolve the issue. We will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement or refund the total amount, including original shipping costs.
